Hi, I’m Kiran! I’m an LA resident but a Pennsylvania native who flew the coop in 2018. I never thought I’d be living in California, but I’m enjoying myself! Though to be fair, I still gawk at the prices of everything here, so let’s give me a few more years to become Californian proper.

The purpose of this blog is to write down my thoughts. There’s no overarching theme, which is apparently a cardinal mistake…but if something comes to mind, I’ll write about it. I’ve been writing since I was six (I remember that metallic pink diary like I received it yesterday and how everyone in my immediate family took turns reading it behind my back) and it’s one of the few things I consistently try to improve upon.

In my spare time, you can find me trying (and failing) to decorate my first single apartment, reading books, lifting, and trying to figure out what my life is going to look like. I have to remind myself that my 20s is a decade of great change, and I’m not sure where I’m going to end up, or what I’m going to end up doing. All I know is that when you have the right people in your court, who support you, anything is possible.

I’m always on the lookout for good chai, vintage perfumes (or anything that smells really nice), indie art pieces, and handwritten letters (to me, preferably. Lol.). Thanks for stopping by!
